For the past 12 weeks my friend and I had this tradition to text each other “Happy Wingsday!!” every Wednesday morning as soon as we woke up.
We called it wingsday because I absolutely love Ted’s pun when Rebecca told him about John Wingsnight - “His name is John Wingsnight? Like at a sports bar? Like, ‘Monday night’s wings night down at PJ Flatts’ like that?” But since we celebrated the whole day it became “wings day” instead of wings night.
Tomorrow will be the last one. So happy Wingsday everybody! To our beloved characters, the beautiful moments they gave us and to Richmond!

Thanks to Jason, Brendan, Joe and Bill for making me your Sassy. Thanks to the writers for giving me such tasty lines. Thanks to the Ted fans who are always so beautifully cheerful. And thanks to the universe for nudging me to go to the audition which was so geographically inconvenient I almost didn’t bother… (a train and two buses? TWO buses? Come on) 😅
Richmond
– With the value of her club at an all time high, no one would have judged Rebecca Welton for
cashing in by selling the club, or a portion of it, to any number of wealthy
suitors. Instead, in an unexpected move, she opted to become partners with the
club’s supporters. If you have season tickets, or live in the Richmond area,
you can now own a piece of your favorite football club.
wow i really love the way they ended ted lasso with completing this tedbecca rule of 3 by them saying they love each other after they spent the night together
